Action Real Property's History
Action Real Properties was founded in El Paso, Texas, in January of 1988. Since its founding, thirty six (36) years ago, ARP, a locally owned and operated real estate brokerage firm, has been dedicated to providing personalized service with integrity and results to its clients throughout the larger El Paso metropolitan area.
The Founder, Mr. Carlos Mena (1927-2022) was a United States Army Veteran. Mr. Mena served in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. While stationed at Ft. Bliss, Texas, he met the love of his life and life partner. They fell in love with the city of El Paso, and after they retired from the Army, they settled in their beloved El Paso and developed a passion for Real Estate.
Honoring their love for the El Paso community and passion for Real Estate, the Mena family ambitions have been passed down to their daughter, Belinda Mena. She has over 20 years of experience in Texas Real Estate and is the Broker and CEO of ARP. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Texas El Paso and a Master of Science (MS) in Accounting. Building upon the company values, Ms. Mena not only strives to establish professional relationships of trust, integrity and friendship, but also looks to the future of real estate with technology and innovation. Being a mother of four, she wishes to help future generations navigate the challenges of the housing market of today and in the future.
